PZ Young Writers’ Competition 2025
The Hidden Stories of Penzance!
Unleash your imagination and share the untold tales of Penzance! Primary Tutor Project, in partnership with Geddon PZ, is thrilled to present the Young Writers Competition 2025, inviting children aged 5-11 to bring the magic of Penzance to life.
This year’s theme, “The Hidden Stories of Penzance,” challenges young writers to explore the mysteries, legends, and unique charm of West Penwith. Whether it’s uncovering a secret treasure, telling the tale of a forgotten hero, or imagining a magical adventure set in the streets of Penzance, this is your chance to shine.
The winning story will be published in Issue 6 of Geddon PZ, and all participants will receive recognition for their creativity. To help budding authors, Callie, the founder of Primary Tutor Project, is offering a free online writing workshop full of tips and inspiration to guide young storytellers through the process.
